This project was second commercial project I led. A horror game where you get trapped in a mine.
However way too far into production on the Proof of Concept most of us on the team were burned out as we had severely underestimated the scope of our project compared to the level of experience we currently had. I learned a lot in particular about project management, scoping, level design, video editing and how to hold auditions for voice acting as well as scouting people for other positions online.
